Job summary

Selective Global Search in Delhi seeks a senior finance professional with 15–20 years of experience. Qualified CA or ICWA with commerce background, strong SAP FI knowledge, and exposure to Ind AS, SEBI, and MSME compliance will be essential. The role involves quarterly book finalisation, treasury accounting, and audit liaison. The candidate should have experience from listed companies.

Qualifications

• Commerce graduation plus CA or ICWA is required.
• 15–20 years of experience expected.
• Experience with Statutory Compliance such as Ind AS, SEBI, Schedule III of Companies Act 2013, MSME.
• SAP FI knowledge is MUST.

Responsibilities

• Finalisation of Books of Account on a quarterly basis with statutory conformity.
• Monthly review and variance analysis of P&L, Balance Sheet, GL, AP.
• Coordinate with Statutory & Internal Auditors and provide needed information.
• Account Treasury activities including SAP reviews and coordination for investments/fixed deposits.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Qualification: Commerce graduation plus CA or ICWA

No of years of experience: Around 15 to 20 years

Preferred Age Group: Around 40-45 years

• Finalisation of Books of Account on quarterly basis ensuring conformity with Statutory Compliances like Ind AS (Indian Accounting Standards), SEBI, Schedule III of the Companies Act 2013, MSME.
• Monthly review, scrutiny and variance analysis of Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP).
• Co-ordination and dealing with Statutory & Internal Auditors, resolving their queries, co-ordinating with respective teams for providing required information / supporting to the Auditors.
• Accounting of Treasury related activity - Reviewing transactions in SAP and co-ordinating with respective teams for accounting Investments / Maturity of Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposits.
