Responsibilities

• Participate in walk‑in interviews and provide on‑site support.
• Handle customer inquiries via voice and chat channels.
• Follow a 5‑day rotational shift schedule with 2 days rotational off.
• Deliver customer service in a purely customer‑service environment.
