Job summary

Input Zero Technologies in Pune is seeking an experienced BPC - ServiceNow consultant to drive business analysis and process consulting across ITSM, CMDB, and CSDM workflows. The role requires strong workshop leadership, requirement discovery, and collaboration with architects to define scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of overall experience, including 3-4 years hands-on ServiceNow implementation in BA/Process Consulting.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, IT, or related field.
• Strong ServiceNow ITSM expertise: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, SLA Management.
• Good knowledge of CMDB and CSDM, including CI relationships and data governance.
• Proven experience leading customer workshops and requirement discovery.
• Experience preparing functional specs, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience mapping source/target systems and data triggers for integrations.
• Familiarity with OOB ServiceNow capabilities, customization considerations.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Eligible to work in India.

Responsibilities

• Work with Solution Architects on CMDB modelling, service relationships and CSDM adoption.
• Perform structured discovery for integrations involving ServiceNow and enterprise applications.
• Understand source/target systems, data requirements, integration triggers, authentication, connectivity and dependencies.
• Evaluate OOB capabilities, configuration alternatives and customization requirements.
• Identify functional gaps, constraints and technical decisions requiring Architect involvement.
• Collaborate with Architects and Technical Leads to ensure requirements are sufficiently defined before solution design.
