Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a candidate with strong experience in engineering design for Balance of Plant (BOP) systems in power, hydrocarbon, or steel plants. The ideal candidate will have hands-on work with compressed air, cooling water, fuel oil, and water treatment systems, along with basic calculations and P&ID development.

The role involves creating and validating equipment specifications and coordinating with vendors to ensure accurate drawings. A B.Tech/B.E. background is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in engineering design for Balance of Plant systems in power, hydrocarbon, or steel plants.
• Involvement in basic calculations, P&ID development, equipment specifications, and vendor drawing reviews.

Responsibilities

• Design Balance of Plant systems including compressed air, cooling water, fuel oil, and water treatment plants (WTP).
• Prepare P&ID diagrams, equipment specifications, and review vendor drawings.

The Candidate should have worked in engineering design companies for Balance of Plant systems like Compressed air system, Cooling water system, Fuel Oil system , WTP systems etc in Power plant, Hydrocarbon plant or Steel plant. The Candidate should have done basic calculation, P&ID, Specification of the equipment and packages and Vendor drawings.
