Job summary

GSPANN in India is seeking a Boomi Lead to architect and deliver enterprise integration solutions across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments. You will design, develop, and implement Boomi-based integrations, mentor junior developers, and drive CI/CD practices for deployment and governance.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of hands-on experience with Boomi, API management, and ERP/CRM integrations, and can lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure integrations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Boomi experience and integration leadership.
• Proven ability to design and deliver enterprise-grade integrations across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments.
• Strong API management, data transformation, and ERP/CRM integration experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade integration solutions using the Boomi Atmosphere Platform.
• Lead end-to-end integration initiatives across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid ecosystems.
• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance integration solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain APIs, web services, event-driven integrations, and real-time data exchange mechanisms.
• Design and promote reusable integration frameworks, shared components, standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust integration solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues, perform root-cause analysis, and optimize solution performance.
• Implement and support CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, release management, and environment governance for integration services.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across integration workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade integration solutions using the Boomi Atmosphere Platform.

• Other enterprise application connectors
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, XSLT, and data transformation patterns.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications including ERP, CRM, OMS, eCommerce, and third-party platforms.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring, error handling, logging, and production support processes.

Preferred Skills

• Strong experience in Boomi EDI integrations, including:
• X12
• EDIFACT
• AS2
• Trading Partner Management
• Experience in Retail, eCommerce, Supply Chain, or OMS ecosystems.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Boomi Certifications such as:
• Professional Developer
• Professional Architect
• Other relevant Boomi certifications

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in large-scale enterprise integration modernization programs.
• Experience migrating integrations between middleware platforms.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership capabilities.
