Job summary

Unison Group is seeking an experienced Boomi Team Lead with 10+ years of hands-on integration experience to lead a team of 8–10 engineers in Chennai. You will drive end-to-end Boomi-based integration development, design scalable processes, and mentor engineers across projects.

• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end integration solutions using Boomi.
• Excellent leadership, communication and delivery management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 8–10 Boomi Engineers, including task allocation, mentoring, delivery tracking, and performance oversight.
• Manage end-to-end integration projects from requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Dell Boomi / Boomi AtomSphere.
• Design and build scalable end-to-end integration processes, data mappings, transformations, and reusable components using Boomi.
• Strong experience with Boomi API Management, including REST and SOAP APIs, security, and versioning.
• Coordinate with business, technical, QA, architecture, and infrastructure teams; provide status updates and manage risks.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Boomi Team Lead with 10+ years of relevant experience in integration technologies, with strong hands-on expertise in Dell Boomi (Boomi AtomSphere). The candidate will lead a team of 8–10 engineers, drive end-to-end integration development and delivery, manage technical execution, and work closely with business and technology stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Integration Design, API Management, REST/SOAP web services, data mapping, reusable integration components, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support. The role requires a combination of strong technical knowledge, people leadership, delivery management, and stakeholder-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & People Management

• Lead and manage a team of 8–10 Boomi Engineers, including task allocation, work management, mentoring, delivery tracking, and performance oversight.
• Manage end-to-end integration projects from requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Dell Boomi / Boomi AtomSphere.
• Design and build scalable end-to-end integration processes, data mappings, transformations, and reusable components using Boomi.
• Strong experience with Boomi API Management, including developing, publishing, securing, and managing REST and SOAP APIs.
• Handle API security, authentication, authorization, versioning, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Drive integration architecture, best practices, performance optimization, error handling, and production issue resolution.
• Coordinate with business, technical, QA, architecture, and infrastructure teams.
• Provide regular stakeholder updates, delivery status, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Strong knowledge of XML, JSON, REST, SOAP, API integration, data transformation, and enterprise integration patterns.
