Job summary

GlobalLogic is seeking a Senior Boomi Integration Platform Architect with 12+ years of experience to lead end-to-end Boomi implementations, design scalable integrations, and advise clients on Boomi product offerings.

You will work on API management, architecture decisions, and deployment models (Atom Clouds, Local Atoms, Molecules) across regions, including design and governance aspects.

Overview

Senior Boomi Integration Platform Architect with 12+ years of experience in service organizations, focusing on the implementation of integration product solutions and Boomi solutions. Strong integration and API management experience, with 4–5 years of hands-on Boomi implementation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end professional services implementation of Boomi products across customer departments, including any customizations and hyper care services.
• Gather requirements from customers, design, implement, test, and document integrations of varying complexity.
• Develop test plan specifications, test and debug processes according to plan.
• Provide advisory services to clients on technology and Boomi product offerings within professional services engagements.
• Perform estimation, sizing, and road-mapping for Boomi implementation services.
• Conduct product comparative analyses and contribute to go-to-market strategy and plans.
• Build, deploy, and manage Boomi processes; understand Boomi platform architecture (Atom Clouds, Local Atoms, Molecules).
• Ensure API security, API portal and management practices are in place.
• Be a subject-matter expert for client contact and contribute to design and architecture decisions.
• Implement complex, highly scalable and high-volume integrations; perform gap analysis and map transformations between source and target systems.
• Define Boomi deployment models with Molecule/ATOM deployments; design Molecule/Atom runtime infrastructure on Cloud or On-Premise with high availability and disaster recovery.
• Advise project teams to ensure compliance with architectural principles, guidelines, and standards; share Boomi architectural vision with stakeholders.
• Translate business processes and requirements into technical integration requirements and designs; recommend and implement Boomi best practices.
• Mitigate risk by following established procedures, maintaining high ethical standards; provide documentation and workstream outputs for education and oversight of integration work.
• Collaborate with Application/Operational teams to ensure efficient, productive business processes with minimal errors.
• Support Boomi Platform implementations remotely for clients across regions (US, EMEA, APJ).

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in service organizations with integration product solutions and Boomi; 4–5 years specifically in Boomi implementations.
• Strong integration and API management experience; expert level with Web Services technologies including REST, SOAP, and WSDL.
• Deep understanding of customer IT real estate, architecture, roadmaps, and plans; ability to design solutions aligned to business needs and technology context.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong customer empathy for a client-facing role.
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable integration architectures and to provide advisory services on technology and Boomi offerings.
• Knowledge of Boomi platform components (Atom Clouds, Local Atoms, Molecules) and deployment models; experience with API security and management.
• Familiarity with common software delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, DevOps).
