Job summary

Intelizign Lifecycle Services in Chennai is seeking a BOM specialist with 1–4 years of experience to manage and optimize the Bill of Process (BOP) and related workflows. You will set up projects in Tce MPP, create checklists, and perform CAD GMR assessments to ensure accurate resource allocation.

The role involves allocating EBOM to processes and BOP to plants, maintaining MPP sequences, and updating checklists per AVBOM/CDHR changes.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of work experience in BOM/related domains.
• Familiarity with CAD/GMR assessment processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up projects in Tce MPP tool.
• Create and maintain checklists.
• Perform CAD GMR assessments.
• Allocate EBOM product to process and BOP to plant.
• Assign resources to Plant BOP.
• Create/update Bill of Process sequences in MPP.
• Maintain AVBOM/CDHR-driven checklists.
• Conduct static, dynamic, IPS, and WSR studies.

Responsibilities:

• Project Setup in Tce MPP tool.
• Create checklists.
• Perform CAD GMR Assessments.
• Allocating EBOM Product to Process.
• Allocation of Product Bill of Process (BOP) to Plant BOP.
• Allocation of Resources to the Plant Bill of Process (BOP).
• Creating/Updating/Maintaining the Bill of Process (BOP) Sequence in MPP.
• Maintaining Checklists as per AVBOM/CDHR changes.
• Perform the Static study assessment.
• Perform Dynamic study assessment.
• Perform IPS study assessment.
• Perform WSR study assessment.
