Job summary

Detroit Engineered Products (DEP) is seeking a BOM Validation Engineer with a BE/BTech in Mechanical and 0–4 years of experience. You will validate BOM data, manage variant/feature coding and effectivity updates, and run vehicle-level BOM quality audits to ensure correct parts and quantities.

The role involves generating reports from templates/macros and liaising with the part engineering team to resolve BOM quality issues. Strong MS Excel skills and basic 3DX knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• B.E / B-Tech in Mechanical engineering.
• 0–4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong MS Excel and BOM validation skills.
• Understanding of BOM, variant/feature coding and effectivity updates.
• 3DX familiarity is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office suite and strong English communication.
