PositionOverview

We are looking for a skilled andresponsible Boiler Operator to ensure safe and efficient boileroperations, continuous monitoring, and compliance with all safety standards inthe plant.

KeyResponsibilities

1.Boiler Operation & Monitoring

• Operate and monitor boilersystems as per standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  
• Maintain proper steampressure, temperature, and water level
  
• Ensure smooth and continuousboiler performance during shifts
  
• Check and control boilerparameters regularly
  

2.Maintenance & Log Management

• Maintain accurate dailyboiler operation logs and records
  
• Record readings of pressure,temperature, fuel usage, and water levels
  
• Report any abnormal conditionor deviation immediately
  
• Assist in routine inspectionand minor maintenance activities
  

3.Safety Compliance

• Ensure strict adherence to boilersafety rules and regulations
  
• Follow all safety protocolswhile operating equipment
  
• Conduct regular safety checksbefore and during operations
  
• Report any safety hazards orequipment faults immediately
  
• Ensure safe handling of fuel,steam, and pressure systems
  

4.Coordination

• Coordinate with maintenanceteam for repairs and servicing
  
• Support production team byensuring uninterrupted steam supply
  
• Communicate operational issuesto supervisors in real time
  

Qualifications & Requirements

EducationalQualification

• Boiler Operator Certificate(Mandatory)
