Role Description

The Body Shop Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the body shop, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality repairs, and adherence to manufacturer standards. This full-time, on-site role in the Pune Division includes managing body shop staff, allocating jobs, monitoring repair timelines, and coordinating with workshops, aftersales teams, and parts departments. The role involves maintaining customer satisfaction by providing clear communication on repair status, costs, and delivery timelines, as well as handling escalations professionally. The Body Shop Manager will also track performance metrics, implement process improvements, ensure compliance with safety and quality guidelines, and support training and development of team members.

Qualifications
