Job summary

OCS Group in Pune is seeking an experienced BMS/EPMS Engineer to architect and implement control strategies across critical facilities. You will program graphics, alarms, trends, monitor KPIs from centralized control rooms, and dispatch corrective actions to keep systems running safely and efficiently.

You will lead BMS operations staff, coordinate testing, fault diagnosis, and documentation (O&M, training), ensure safety compliance, and liaise with clients and vendors to manage change control

Qualifications

• Experience in BMS/EPMS systems, preferably in data center or critical facilities.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC controls, fire/security systems, SCADA/DCIM platforms.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical documentation: schematics, sequences of operation, and O&M manuals.
• Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and change management protocols.
