Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited, a Bosch group subsidiary in India, seeks engineers for hardware design and testing of Battery Management Systems (LV/HV). You will perform failure analysis, PCB reviews, and component selections, using DOORS for requirement handling and delivering test documentation.

Strong HV testing capability is essential. The role involves hands-on lab work with oscilloscopes, HV supplies, generators, and soldering, and requires 3–6 years of relevant

Formación

• A degree in tech is required (B.Tech).
• Strong knowledge of analog, digital and power electronics.
• Hands-on hardware debugging and failure analysis experience.
• Experience with hardware test cases and lab equipment usage.
• High voltage testing experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Hardware circuit design and development for Battery Management Systems (LV and HV).
• Hardware failure analysis and board level testing.
• Series component change analysis (PCN/PTN) and implementation.
• DoORS-based requirement analysis and traceability.
• Create creepage distance matrices and review PCB layouts.
• Select components using DAR and create requirements.
• Document test plans, perform tests and prepare reports.
• Analyze FMEA/FMEDA for developed modules and conduct simulations.

Job Description

Hardware circuit design and development for Battery Management Systems (LV and HV)

Hardware Failure Analysis and Board level / Product Testing

Series Component Change (PCN, PTN..) analysis and implementation

Conducting requirement analysis and handling in DOORS

Creating creepage distance matrices, and reviewing PCB layouts

Selecting components using DAR and creating requirements

Documenting development processes and results (e.g., Test plan preparation, performing testing, Test report preparation)

Analyzing FMEA and FMEDA for the developed modules

Performing simulations, calculations, and tests to ensure functionality and quality

Performing HW Verification and supporting validation (LV124/ ISO 16750)

Skills

Good knowledge on Analog, Digital & Power Electronics circuits design

Excellent hardware failure analysis, debugging and testing skills

Experience in defining and execution of test cases with techniques.

Handling of lab equipment like Oscilloscope, high voltage power supply, function generator etc.,

Component selection, Worst case analysis

Good communication skills, MS office applications

Hands on soldering experience

High Voltage testing of Power electronics Hardware.
