Role Purpose: Technical authority for automotive powertrain electronics (Inverters, BMS, ECUs, DCDC, SiC/IGBT power stages).Architecture & Design: Define schematics, circuit topologies, component selection, and SPICE simulations for high-voltage and low-voltage systems.Reliability & Safety: Lead Worst-Case Analysis (WCA), DFMEA, thermal design, and ISO 26262 compliance (ASIL-D FMEDA).EMC & DfX: Ensure robust EMC/ESD compliance (CISPR 25) and drive Design for Manufacturing/Testing (DFM/DFT).Verification & Problem-Solving: Define V&V test plans and lead root-cause analysis (8D) for critical technical issues.Mentorship: Author design guidelines and mentor engineering teams.Requirements: B.Tech/M.Tech in EE, 8+ years automotive HW/powertrain design expertise.
