  • Laboratory Testing: Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests (e.g., hematology, microbiology, biochemistry, pathology). Calibrate and operate laboratory instruments and equipment. Record and interpret test results accurately.
  • Quality Assurance and Control: Ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results by following quality control procedures. Maintain documentation of test outcomes and quality checks.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment. Report and coordinate repairs when necessary.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain records of laboratory procedures, tests, and results in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements. Communicate test results to physicians or healthcare providers on time.

Requirements
  • Educational Qualifications: BMLT, DMLT or Equivalent Qualifications.
