This is a full-time, on-site BIM (Plumbing & Fire Protection) role based in Mumbai. The role involves developing detailed BIM models for plumbing and fire protection systems, ensuring accurate coordination with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. The team member will interpret construction drawings and specifications, model pipework layouts, fixtures, and equipment, and update models based on design changes and clash detection results. The role includes collaborating with engineers and project managers, preparing documentation and shop drawings, supporting quality checks, and adhering to local and international standards. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining organized project files, meeting delivery deadlines, and contributing to continuous improvement of BIM workflows and templates.
