Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Revit Family Creation / BIM Content Development.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Revit Family Editor and parametric family creation.
• Good understanding of Revit Architecture, Structure and MEP workflows.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop and optimize Revit Families and BIM Content for Architecture, Structure and MEP projects.
• Develop complex parametric Revit Families using parameters, constraints, nested families, shared parameters and connectors.
• Create and maintain BIM Content Libraries in accordance with project and company standards.
• Troubleshoot, review and optimize Revit Families and BIM models to ensure accuracy, performance and usability.
• Research and explore Autodesk technologies, Revit API, Dynamo and BIM automation opportunities.
• Develop prototypes, scripts and technology driven solutions to improve BIM workflows and project productivity.
• Evaluate new Autodesk features, tools and emerging technologies for practical application within AEC projects.
• Collaborate with BIM and project teams to understand requirements and develop suitable technical solutions.
• Provide technical support, guidance and knowledge sharing to BIM and project teams.
• Contribute to AEC Technology R&D initiatives, process improvements and development of innovative BIM solutions.

Job Description

This position is part of the Special ProjectsTeam at Axium Global’s Delivery Centre in Andheri. The Revit Family / BIM Content Creator & AEC Technology R&D Specialist will collaborate with architects, engineers, designers and technology teams to develop and manage high quality Revit Families and BIM Content, while exploring Autodesk technologies, BIM automation and emerging AEC technology solutions. The role will focus on creating practical, accurate and well structured BIM content and supporting the development of technology-driven solutions that improve design, documentation and project workflows.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create, develop and optimize Revit Families and BIM Content for Architecture, Structure and MEP projects.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• 3+ years of experience in Revit Family Creation / BIM Content Development.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Revit Family Editor and parametric family creation.
• Good understanding of Revit Architecture, Structure and MEP workflows.
• Experience in developing and managing BIM Content Libraries and manufacturer-specific BIM content.
• Good understanding of BIM standards, modelling practices and content management.
• Knowledge of Dynamo, Revit API, Python or C# will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to research, evaluate and implement new technologies and automation solutions.
• Strong interest in AEC Technology, BIM Automation and R&D
