Job summary

Buro Happold Limited in India is seeking a BIM Modeller - HVAC to join our MEP team. You will digitally deliver MEP models and manage information from initiation to project close out, collaborating with engineers and design colleagues to ensure seamless information sharing.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with HAP, IES, Revit, Dialux and Amtech, and a background in residential or commercial high-rise projects in India.

Qualifications

• Experience with HAP, IES, Revit, Dialux, Amtech and BIM platforms.
• Preference for engineers with experience in residential and commercial projects in India (High Rise Building).

Responsibilities

• Digital delivery of MEP models and task information management of the MEP design from initiation to project close out
• Supporting the BIM manager in the delivery of digital outputs within project teams and the seamless sharing of information with other discipline teams
• Task level management of the MEP model
• RepresentingBuro Happold's in liaising with clients, engineers, and other design team members
• Develop and maintain excellent team relationships through successful project execution
• Support with development of a content library suitable for the MEP team and integration with the Buro Happold's standard library
• Coordinating the activities, output and standardisation of MEP deliverables
• Supporting development of Revit skills for MEP team

Your next role
