Job summary

Khalatkar Construction (KCC) seeks an experienced BIM Architect/Interior Designer to develop Architectural and interior design BIM models in Autodesk Revit and convert 2D CAD drawings into accurate Revit models. You will model walls, floors, ceilings, doors, windows, and interior elements, prepare architectural/ID drawings from the Revit model, and ensure design revisions are integrated on time.

Strong knowledge of BIM workflows and coordination with architectural and interior teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
• 2+ years of practical experience in Autodesk Revit Architecture.
• Strong understanding of architectural and interior design drawings.
• Hands-on experience converting CAD (DWG) drawings to Revit models.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM workflows.
• Understanding of Revit families, views, sheets and documentation.
• Knowledge of LOD/BIM standards is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
