Job summary

Sahvia Facade Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a BIM Engineer/Designer to lead 3D BIM modeling for facade systems, curtain walls, and cladding. You will prepare detailed drawings and coordinate with architects and engineers to meet project requirements. Proficiency in Revit and BIM coordination is essential.

The role involves updating models with design revisions, producing fabrication drawings, and ensuring adherence to quality standards across commercial and residential projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit and BIM modeling.
• Experience in faade systems, curtain walls, cladding, and building envelope projects.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD for detailing and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with Rhino and Grasshopper will be an added advantage.
• Understanding of shop drawings, construction detailing, and BIM coordination.
• Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for faade systems, curtain walls, cladding, and other building envelope components.
• Prepare detailed shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and construction documentation.
• Work on faade modeling, detailing, and coordination using Autodesk Revit and other relevant software.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, faade consultants, and project teams.
• Identify and resolve design clashes and modeling discrepancies.
• Ensure models and drawings comply with project specifications and quality standards.
• Update BIM models based on design revisions and site requirements.
• Support project teams with BIM documentation and model coordination.
