Job summary

nCircle Tech Private Limited in Pune is seeking a highly skilled BIM Lead with extensive experience in Scan-to-BIM workflows, capable of delivering MEP models from LOD 300 to 500. The ideal candidate will lead BIM teams, set modelling standards, and coordinate with clients for timely, quality-driven project deliveries.

You will oversee point cloud management, ensure QA/QC, and work with tools like Autodesk Recap, Navisworks, CloudCompare, and Revit to produce accurate, constructible models.

Qualifications

• Experience leading BIM projects with scan-to-BIM workflows.
• Hands-on with point cloud data interpretation and modelling to LOD 300–500.
• Proven ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and clients.
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards, QA/QC, and project documentation.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilledBIM Leadwith extensive experience inScan‑to‑BIM workflows, capable of deliveringMEP models from LOD 300 to 500. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of laser scanning processes, point cloud management, discipline coordination, and quality assurance for high‑accuracy as‑built models. This role involves leading BIM teams, setting modelling standards, coordinating with clients, and ensuring timely and quality‑driven project deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

1. Scan-to-BIM Project Delivery

• Lead point cloud data interpretation, segmentation, and conversion into accurate BIM models.
  
• Develop Architecture and MEP BIM models across LOD 300, 350, 400, and 500, adhering to project requirements.
  
• Ensure accurate representation of as-built conditions, including structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and equipment elements.
  
• Coordinate with scanning partners or internal teams for data acquisition, registration, and verification.
  

2. BIM Production & Coordination

• Manage a team of BIM modelers and engineers to deliver multi‑disciplinary BIM outputs.
  
• Review models for accuracy, constructability, clash‑free coordination, and compliance with organizational standards.
  
• Lead BIM coordination meetings, resolve clashes, and perform model audits.
  
• Develop and manage Revit families, templates, libraries, and project standards.
  

3. Standards, Processes & Quality Assurance

• Ensure adherence to BIM Execution Plans (BEP), project workflows, and ISO 19650‑aligned processes.
  
• Conduct internal QA/QC checks for geometry accuracy, LOD compliance, metadata quality, and modelling consistency.
  
• Maintain documentation for scan-to-BIM processes, naming conventions, and modelling protocols.
  

4. Client Interaction & Project Management

• Act as primary technical point of contact for clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
  
• Prepare progress reports, deliverables, and handle technical clarifications.
  
• Support project planning, task allocation, schedule tracking, and risk mitigation.
  
• Strong experience withpoint cloud tools:

• Solid knowledge ofScan-to-BIM workflows, modelling accuracy standards, and geometry detailing.
