Qualifications

• BIM modelling proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out BIM modelling using BIM tools for design and construction.
• Transform scanned point cloud data into accurate as-built models.
• Perform scan-to-BIM workflows and architecture modelling.
• Create and manage Revit families for architecture.
• Handle production activities independently and meet project timelines.

• Hands-on Experience using Building Information Modelling (BIM).
• Hands on experience working with point cloud to as-built modelling using Revit (2D &3D).
• Should have experience working with scan to bim projects.
• Analyzing Scan Data, Modelling experience in Architecture
• Should have good knowledge of construction terminology
• Should be capable of handling production activity independently.
• Candidate must have sound knowledge on Revit & AutoCAD,
• Candidate should have very good skill in revit family creation for Architecture
• Should be able to handle point cloud data individually.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
