Kshitij Three Engineering Solutions Llp is seeking a BIM Lead in Pune to oversee BIM processes and projects, ensuring alignment with project goals. The role requires guiding the team, coordinating with stakeholders and supervising BIM output to meet quality standards.

The candidate should have extensive experience in large-scale projects, site coordination, and implementing BIM protocols, with preference for LOD500 and shop drawings exposure. On-site collaboration in Pune is essential.

Responsabilités

• Lead the BIM department and supervise BIM workflows.
• Coordinate with architects, structural and MEP teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure output quality and adherence to BIM protocols.
• Oversee BIM models from concept through to as-built stages.
• Site and data center projects are a plus.

The BIM Lead will oversee and manage BIM processes, workflows, and projects while ensuring their alignment with project goals. Ideal candidate must have experience in large scale projects, coordination meetings, able to supervise BIM model, ensuring quality output, implementing BIM protocols, troubleshooting design challenges, solving on-site challenges, adopt best practices.
