Job summary

nCircle Tech Private Limited in Pune seeks a BIM specialist with hands-on experience in BIM workflows, Revit and AutoCAD, and point cloud to BIM modelling. You will handle production activities independently and contribute to architecture modelling for international projects.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of BIM terminology, can create Revit families for architecture, and collaborates with a multicultural client base. Flexible work timing and continuous learning are offered.

Qualifications

• Hands-on BIM experience with BIM workflows and modelling.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD for architecture modelling.
• Experience with point cloud to BIM processes.
• Knowledge of construction terminology and Revit family creation.

Responsibilities

• Operate BIM processes including scan-to-BIM projects.
• Analyse scan data and produce architecture models.
• Handle production activities independently with minimal supervision.

Job Description

• Hands-on Experience using Building Information Modelling (BIM).
• Hands on experience working with point cloud to as-built modelling using Revit (2D &3D).
• Should have experience working with scan to bim projects.
• Analyzing Scan Data, Modelling experience in Architecture
• Should have good knowledge of construction terminology
• Should be capable of handling production activity independently.
• Candidate must have sound knowledge on Revit & AutoCAD,
• Candidate should have very good skill in revit family creation for Architecture
• Should be able to handle point cloud data individually.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
