Job summary

Saarthi is seeking an enthusiastic MEP BIM Engineer with 1-3 years of experience for an office-based role at Infopark, Kakkanad, Kochi. You will join our BIM team to support development and delivery across projects, focusing on MEP modeling in Revit and BIM collaboration across disciplines.

You will work closely with design and BIM teams, attend client meetings, and contribute to the creation of libraries and templates.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in MEP services.
• Proficient in using Revit software.
• Experience with Navisworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop MEP models using Autodesk Revit software.
• Work independently or with the Design or BIM team to ensure all project requirements are met.
• Create and maintain families, templates and libraries as per project requirements.
• Generate drawings, schedules, and other project documents as required.
• Attend meetings with clients and other project stakeholders.
• Coordinate with other disciplines (architecture, interior, structure, facade) in the BIM environment.
• Resolve design issues and clashes as they arise.
• Keep up to date with industry developments and standards.
