Job summary

Dimenza BIM Services Private Limited is seeking an experienced BIM Engineer to join the remote team. The role focuses on creating and managing accurate 3D BIM models across Architecture, Structure, and MEP disciplines using Revit, with emphasis on clash-free coordination and adherence to project standards.

You will collaborate with international clients, produce construction documentation, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Minimum 3 years of BIM modeling experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit.
• Experience in Architecture, Structure, or MEP.
• Understanding of construction drawings, modeling standards, and BIM workflows.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Navisworks preferred.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and time management.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain accurate 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare architectural, structural, or MEP models based on project requirements.
• Produce coordinated drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and construction documentation.
• Ensure model accuracy, quality, and compliance with BEP/LOD standards.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve clashes and modeling issues.
• Follow BEP, standards, and LOD requirements for projects.
• Support BIM coordination using Navisworks and related tools.
• Deliver projects on time with high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain accurate 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare detailed architectural, structural, or MEP models based on project requirements.
• Produce coordinated drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and construction documentation.
• Work with project teams to ensure model accuracy, quality, and compliance with project standards.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to identify and resolve design clashes and modeling issues.
• Follow project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP), standards, and Level of Development (LOD) requirements.
• Support BIM coordination activities using Navisworks and other relevant tools.
• Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in BIM modeling.
• Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit.
• Experience in at least one discipline: Architecture, Structure, or MEP.
• Understanding of construction drawings, modeling standards, and BIM workflows.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Navisworks is preferred.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
