Job summary

With a minimum of 5 years’ experience in civil engineering, the position involves developing detailed drawings, analyzing project performance with BIM data, and ensuring compliance with CAD standards. Work mode is from the office Monday to Friday.

Job Description:

We seek a highly skilled and experienced BIM Engineer to join our team as a BIM Engineer who will be responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining Building Information Models (BIM) for various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of BIM software and practices, and be capable of coordinating with architects, engineers, and construction managers to ensure the seamless integration of BIM into the project lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed drawings and documentation for civil engineering projects in accordance with international market standards
• Utilize BIM data to analyse project performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide insights for better decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
• Creation of 2D drawings using AutoCAD and 3D models Revit, given limited input and oversight
• Document and annotate 2D plans, sections, and details generated from 3D models
• Ensure CAD standards are consistently applied to all drawings
• Work with point clouds to model existing facilities and features

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Civil 3D BIM experience infrastructure projects
• Must have hands-on experience into Scan to BIM modelling.
• Proficiency in Revit software, including Revit MEP module; CAD software.
• Strong understanding of international building codes (e.g., IBCS)
• Experience in international delivery
• Experience with development of BIM execution plans.
• Good collaboration skills, presentation and communication skills
