The AEC Associates is urgently hiring experienced and dynamic BIM professionals to join our team. Candidates should have 2 to 5 years of relevant BIM experience, with a strong grasp of Autodesk Revit and excellent coordination skills.

Key responsibilities include MEP Modeling and preparing shop drawings. A B.TECH/B.E. in relevant disciplines is mandatory, and preference is given to immediate joiners.

Qualificações

• 2 to 5 years of relevant BIM experience.
• Strong technical knowledge in respective MEP discipline.
• Good understanding of Construction drawings.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with other trades for BIM projects.
• Prepare shop drawings for MEP systems.

Conhecimentos

Proficient in Autodesk Revit (MEP)

Strong communication and coordination skills

Hands-on experience in MEP Modeling

Formação académica

B.TECH/B.E. in Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing

• Hands‑on experience in MEP Modeling, Shop Drawings, Coordination with other trades
• Good understanding of Construction drawings
• Experience working on USA and Middle East projects
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Educational Qualification

B.TECH/ B.E. (Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing or relevant discipline) – Mandatory
