Job summary

Neev is seeking a BIM detailing engineer to produce detailed electrical drawings in accordance with US standards. The role involves conduit modeling, lighting and equipment layout, design drawings, and building information modeling for various projects.

You will set up project files in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 Docs, with knowledge of Dynamo to streamline team documentation. Strong communication and office-based work readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering and Management/Technology from reputed university.
• 2 to 4 years of BIM detailing experience in US commercial construction projects.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks and Bluebeam.
• Excellent collaboration and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed electrical drawings following US standards.
• Model conduits and coordinate layouts; place lighting fixtures, devices, and equipment as per DD.
• Develop conceptual, presentation, and working drawings for projects.
• Create electrical families and point clouds; support project BIM requirements.
• Set up new project files in Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 Docs; utilize Dynamo for documentation.
• Assist in space planning and leverage additional software as needed.

• Good understanding of Design drawings.
• Experience in Electrical family creation, Point cloud.

Requirements

Requirement:

• Good knowledge of AutoCAD®, Revit.
