Job summary

Egis in Bengaluru, India seeks a detail-oriented BIM Design Engineer specializing in road projects to design and develop sustainable road infrastructure using BIM technology. You will create and manage 3D BIM models, integrate alignment, grading and drainage, and generate quantity takeoffs and cost estimates.

5 years BIM road design, Civil Engineering degree, and proficiency in Civil 3D, Revit, InfraWorks are required. Experience with GIS in transportation and standards knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5 years of experience in BIM for road design projects.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Civil 3D, Revit, and Infraworks.
• Strong 3D modeling and visualization skills.
• In-depth knowledge of road design principles and standards.
• Familiarity with GIS software and its applications in transportation projects.
• Excellent CAD skills and ability to produce accurate design drawings.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience with transportation infrastructure projects.
• PE license preferred and BIM certification preferred.
• Expertise in transportation engineering and infrastructure planning.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
