SYSTRA India seeks a BIM Coordinator-VAC to lead VAC/HVAC modelling and BIM coordination for building and infrastructure projects. You will manage multidisciplinary workflows, ensure model quality, and support coordination with Architecture, Structural, Electrical, and ELV teams.

Hands-on experience with Revit MEP, Navisworks, and BIM standards is required, with a focus on delivering timely BIM deliverables and adhering to client requirements.

Formación

• B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of VAC/HVAC systems and BIM modelling workflows.
• Proficiency in Revit MEP/Revit HVAC.
• Proficiency in Revit MEP and Navisworks Manage.
• Experience in clash detection, model coordination, and multidisciplinary projects.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, QA/QC procedures, and ACC/BIM 360 preferred.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Metro, Rail, Building, or Infrastructure projects advantageous.
• Ability to manage priorities and deliver modelling/drawing outputs within project timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and maintain VAC/HVAC models using Revit MEP.
• Perform BIM coordination with Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV disciplines.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks.
• Review model quality, standards compliance, and BIM deliverables.
• Support the preparation and review of coordination drawings and project documentation.
• Manage model setup, parameters, worksharing, and BIM workflows.
• Extract quantities, schedules, and reports from BIM models.
• Participate in coordination meetings and track issue resolution.
• Ensure timely delivery of BIM deliverables in line with project requirements

Context

We are looking for a BIM Coordinator-VAC with strong experience in HVAC/VAC modelling, BIM coordination, and multidisciplinary project delivery for building and infrastructure projects. Candidates with hands-on experience in Revit MEP/VAC, BIM coordination, clash detection, model management, and project BIM workflows will be preferred. The role involves coordinating VAC models, managing BIM deliverables, resolving coordination issues, supporting project teams, and ensuring compliance with BIM standards and client requirements.
