SYSTRA India is seeking a skilled BIM Modeller (HVAC) to develop and coordinate HVAC BIM models for building and infrastructure projects. You will create accurate 3D models, generate construction drawings, perform multidisciplinary coordination, and ensure BEP and project standards.

This on-site role expects strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to meet tight deadlines on urban transit assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and Navisworks.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, and piping layouts.
• Experience in BIM coordination and clash resolution.
• Familiar with ACC/BIM 360 and Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and model accuracy.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain HVAC BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Model HVAC systems including ductwork, piping, equipment, and ventilation systems.
• Generate plans, sections, elevations, shop drawings, and installation drawings from BIM models.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate with Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP), project standards, and quality requirements.
• Extract quantities and support project documentation and deliverables. Participate in coordination meetings and resolve model-related issues.
• Support construction teams by updating models and incorporating site changes.

Context
