Job summary

SYSTRA India invites a BIM Coordinator-Electrical to lead electrical BIM modelling, coordination, and deliverables on building and infrastructure projects in Bengaluru. The role emphasizes model coordination, quality checks, clash detection, and adherence to BIM standards.

You will work with Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, and ELV teams to ensure timely, accurate BIM outputs and project documentation. Metro/rail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Revit MEP and Navisworks Manage.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and BIM workflows.
• Experience in clash detection, model coordination, and multidisciplinary projects.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, QA/QC procedures, and ACC/BIM 360 is preferred.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Metro, Rail, Building, or Infrastructure projects will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain Electrical BIM models using Revit MEP.
• Perform BIM coordination with Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, and other disciplines.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks.
• Review model quality, standards compliance, and BIM deliverables.
• Support the preparation and review of electrical layouts, coordination drawings, and project documentation.
• Manage model setup, parameters, worksharing, and BIM workflows.
• Extract quantities, schedules, and reports from BIM models.
• Participate in coordination meetings and track issue resolution.
• Ensure timely delivery of BIM deliverables in line with project requirements.
