Job summary

M Moser Associates in Bengaluru, India, invites an experienced BIM Architect to join our team supporting the design and delivery of commercial workplace projects across Dubai and the broader Middle East region. You will develop design intent into coordinated, buildable interior solutions, coordinating with consultants and vendors across locations, and leveraging Revit, SketchUp and Enscape.

Responsibilities

• Develop workplace projects from concept to technical documentation.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced BIM Architect to join our India-based team, supporting the design and delivery of commercial workplace projects across Dubai and the wider Middle East region.

The ideal candidate will have strong workplace design and technical delivery experience, with a good understanding of interior construction practices in the Middle East. The role requires the ability to develop design intent into coordinated, buildable solutions and work effectively with project teams, consultants and vendors across locations.

Key Responsibilities

Design Development & Technical Delivery

• Develop workplace projects from concept and design development through technical documentation.
• Translate design intent into coordinated, practical and buildable interior solutions.
• Prepare and review plans, elevations, sections, details and other project documentation.
• Apply knowledge of materials, interior construction systems and detailing to design development.
• Maintain design quality and consistency throughout different stages of project delivery.
• Coordinate interior design with architecture, MEPF, lighting, AV/IT and other specialist disciplines.
• Work closely with project teams, consultants and vendors to resolve design and technical requirements.
• Review consultant and vendor information for alignment with design intent and project requirements.
• Participate in design reviews, coordination meetings and technical workshops.
• Identify coordination issues early and develop practical solutions with the wider project team.

Middle East Project Delivery

• Apply knowledge of Dubai and Middle East commercial interior construction practices to design development and documentation.
• Understand regional workplace fit-out processes, construction methodologies, materials and detailing requirements.
• Support alignment of design information with relevant local codes, standards and authority requirements.
• Coordinate effectively with Middle East-based project teams, consultants and vendors while working as part of the India-based team.

Digital Design & BIM

• Use Autodesk Revit and SketchUp for design authoring, documentation and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Develop and maintain accurate project models throughout the design process.
• Use BIM workflows to coordinate interior design with building services and other disciplines.
• Familiarity with Enscape and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is an advantage.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with designers, project teams, consultants and vendors across locations.
• Provide clear updates on design progress, coordination issues and project risks.
• Work independently while maintaining close collaboration with the wider project team.
• Support and guide junior team members where required.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or related field.

Experience

• 4 - 6+ years of professional experience in architecture or interior design.
• Experience delivering commercial workplace / office fit-out projects for Dubai or the wider Middle East region.
• Strong understanding of workplace design, interior construction and technical detailing.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design information with consultants and vendors.
• Experience supporting projects across different locations and working with international teams is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in BIM-based design integration and model coordination.
• Familiarity with visualization tools and workflows (e.g., SketchUp, Enscape) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Dubai / Middle East construction practices, codes and compliance requirements.
