Tesla Outsourcing Services in Ahmedabad invites BIM Architects to join our team. If you are a passionate architecture graduate with 2–4 years of experience in architecture and interior fit-out modelling, this is the right opportunity to advance in BIM.

You will develop architecture and structural BIM models up to LOD 500, perform clash detection with Navisworks, coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models, and ensure BEP/BIM standards compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture is mandatory.
• 2–4 years of professional Architecture/Interior fit-out modelling and BIM experience.
• Experience with Revit plugins, codes and scripts (AI skills).
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD; ArchiCAD preferred.

Responsibilities

• BIM modelling for Architecture and Structure up to LOD 500.
• Conduct clash detection using Navisworks and resolve coordination issues.
• Work on 4D and 5D simulations and cost sheets.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models and prepare reports.
• Maintain documentation and ensure standards compliance (BIM, BEP, ISO 19650).
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and senior BIM staff; support client inputs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education Background: Bachelors in Architecture (Mandatory)
• Experience: 2 to 4 years of professional experience in Architecture and Interior fit-out modelling, Scan to BIM Modelling, BIM Coordination, Detail Drawings and DD set, SD and CD set creation for US, UK, Canada, Australia or European clients
• AI Skills : Ability to work with Revit Plugins, codes and scripts
• Software Skill sets : Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, ACC Collaborate Pro, ArchiCAD(preferred)
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to communicate with clients in USA, UK, Australia, Canada and Europe
• Architectural Domain Expertise: Ability to work with City codes for USA and UK . Experience of working in the AEC industry is must
• Problem-Solving: Eagerness to learn and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Key Responsibilities:

• BIM Modelling : Develop Architecture and Structural BIM models up to LOD 500. Prepare Architectural and ID models from from PDFS, Point cloud and CAD files
• Clash Detection: Perform clash detection using Navisworks and assist in resolving coordination issues with multidisciplinary teams. Prepare clash reports and suitable solutions for the clashes identified
• 4D and 5D : work on 4D timeline simulations, Cost Sheets etc.
• BIM Coordination: Coordinate Multidisciplinary BIM Models and create reports for meetings
• Model Development: Prepare Architectural Detail drawings, CD sets, DD and SD sets, shop drawings, and as-built models as per project requirements.
• Standards Compliance: Ensure adherence to BEP, BIM standards, LOD requirements, and company workflows like ISO 19650
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with architects, structural engineers, and senior BIM professionals for smooth project execution
• Documentation & Updates: Maintain model revisions, updates, and project documentation
• Client Coordination Support: Attend coordination meetings and track design changes based on client inputs.
