Job summary

VNU Coal is seeking a Billing Executive to manage sales invoices and compliance using Tally Prime in Gujarat. The role requires precise GST billing, E-Way, and E-Invoicing, coordinating with sales, accounts, dispatch and logistics to ensure timely billing.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on experience with Tally Prime, strong Excel skills, and a proven track record of accurate financial documentation. This is a stable, long-term opportunity with a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in billing/commercial roles.
• Excellent practical knowledge of Tally Prime.
• Strong experience in GST billing, E-way bills, and E-invoicing.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process Sales invoices in Tally Prime accurately and on time.
• Generate and manage E-Way bills and E-Invoices as applicable.
• Coordinate with the sales, accounts, dispatch and logistics teams for smooth and timely billing.
