Working days & time – Monday to Friday & 2nd & 4th Saturday WFH

*Job Responsibilities*

• Preparation and submission of Client RA Bills in coordination with site and planning teams.
• Verification, certification, and processing of sub-contractor bills.

• Preparation of material reconciliation statements including cement, steel, and other major materials.

• Checking work orders, rate analysis, and contractual terms related to billing.
• Assisting in final bill preparation and closure of contracts.
• Coordination with accounts and project teams for payment follow-up and reconciliation.

• Sound knowledge of construction billing procedures and contract conditions.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing/reconciliation software.
