Trac Fujico Air Systems in Chennai seeks an experienced professional to manage costing, estimation and billing for centralized HVAC turnkey projects, covering sales, project execution and service. The role includes handling chillers, VRF and related systems, with coordination across projects operations.

Applicants should have strong knowledge of billing methods and cost estimation in HVAC/MEP engineering environments, with AutoCAD knowledge considered advantageous.

Competenze

• Experience and sound knowledge on Billing, Cost Estimation, Engineering concepts and Billing methods.
• Experience in HVAC / MEP / Electrical / Engineering based companies preferred
• Having knowledge on AutoCAD is advantageous
• Dynamic and self-driven
• Male or Female can apply

• Costing, Estimation, Budgeting, Planning, Scheduling and Billing of Turnkey Projects Sales, Project Execution and Service for Centralized HVAC systems (both High-side & Low-side).
• Involvement with Chillers & Chilled water systems, VRF, Ventilation, Air washers, dehumidifiers, scrubbers, etc.
• Co-ordination with Projects operations
• Supporting technical and commercial submittals and billing schedules

Costing & Estimation, Budgeting,Planning, Scheduling & Billing of - Turnkey Projects Sales, Project Execution & Service - of Centralized HVAC system projects (both Hiside & lowside)

including Chillers & Chilled water system, VRF system, Ventilation system, Air washers, dehumidifiers, Scrubbers, etc

Co-ordinating with Projects operations

supporting Technical & Commercial submittals and Billing schedule

Preferred candidate profile

experienced & Sound knowledge on Billing, Cost Estimation, Engineering concepts and Billing methods.

Experience in HVAC / MEP / Electrical / Engineering based companies preferred

Having knowledge on Autocad is advantageous
