Trac Fujico Air Systems in Chennai is seeking a dedicated professional with strong HVAC and MEP design exposure for turnkey HVAC projects. The role involves engineering, costing/estimation, budgeting and scheduling across chillers, VRF, ventilation and related systems.

The candidate should be ready to travel for site inspections and client meetings, carry a two-wheeler for local travel (reimbursements provided), and possess AutoCAD knowledge.

Qualificações

• Experience on HVAC and MEP systems.
• Exposure to Govt projects design.
• Willingness to travel for site inspections and client meetings.
• AutoCAD knowledge preferred.

Role & responsibilities

• Engineering, Costing & Estimation, Budgeting, Planning & Scheduling - Turnkey Centralized HVAC system projects (both Hiside & lowside)
• including Chillers & Chilled water system, VRF system, Ventilation system, Air washers, dehumidifiers, Scrubbers, etc
• Co-ordinating with Projects operations
• supporting Technical submittals, shop drawings, handing over docs, as built drawings, etc

Preferred candidate profile

• experienced & Sound knowledge on HVAC, MEP and Govt Projects' Design
• Ready to travel to other projects for site inspection,, meetings & for all important client meetings, etc. whenever required
• Having two wheeler for the local travelling ( official travel cost will be refunded)
• Having Autocad knowledge is prreferred
• Dynamic & self driven
• Male/Female
