Talent Corner Hr Services is seeking a detail-oriented Dispatch & Billing Executive in Navi Mumbai to manage end-to-end dispatch processes and ensure accurate invoicing.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams, verify orders, manage ERP records, and handle invoicing documentation while maintaining compliance with policies and statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customer invoices, delivery challans, E-way bills & E Invoicing and other dispatch documents.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
• Verify sales orders, pricing, quantities, and dispatch details before billing.
• Maintain dispatch records and update ERP/software on a daily basis.
• Coordinate with transporters for shipment scheduling and tracking.
• Ensure all dispatches comply with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Resolve billing or dispatch-related queries from customers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and filing of invoices, courier receipts, and transport records.
• Support inventory reconciliation and stock movement documentation.
• Generate periodic dispatch and billing reports for management.
