EXL is seeking a BI Specialist with deep expertise in Power BI and Insurance Analytics to design, develop, and maintain reporting and dashboard solutions for global insurance clients. The role focuses on transforming underwriting, claims, policy, and operational data into actionable business insights, with a emphasis on delivering timely, accurate dashboards.

Candidates should have 7+ years of BI experience and hands-on skills in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL, and Data Modeling; experience

Formación

• 7+ years of BI and reporting experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL, and Data Modeling.
• Experience with Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, or Data Warehousing platforms would be highly preferred.
