• Engineering Assistant Trainee (EAT)
  • Qualification: 3 years Diploma in Engineering from a recognised institution in Electronics or Mechanical, with 60% (UR/OBCNCL/EWS) or 50% (SC/PwBD) aggregate marks.
  • Upper Age Limit: 28 years.
  • Disciplines/Trade: Electronics – 3, Mechanical – 2.
  • No. of Posts: 5.
  • Reservation Pattern: UR-2, EWS-1, OBCNCL-2.
  • Grade: WG‑VII CP‑VI.
  • Pay Scale: Rs. 24,500 – 90,000 + admissible allowances.
• Technician C
  • Qualification: SSLC + ITI + 1 year apprenticeship or National Apprenticeship Certificate in Electronic Mechanic or Fitter, with 60% (UR/OBCNCL/EWS) or 50% (SC/PwBD) aggregate marks.
  • Upper Age Limit: 28 years.
  • Disciplines/Trade: Electronic Mechanic – 8, Fitter – 2.
  • No. of Posts: 10.
  • Reservation Pattern: UR-2, EWS-2, OBCNCL-4, SC-1.
  • Grade: WG‑IV CP‑V.
  • Pay Scale: Rs. 21,500 – 82,000 + admissible allowances.

Engineering Assistant Trainees (EAT) Training and Admission

• Will undergo six months training with a stipend of Rs 24,000 per month.
• After successful completion and passing the gradation test, they will be placed in the regular pay scale.
• Reservation for PwBD as per government guidelines.

Age Criteria (as on 01.10.2025)

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 28 years (UR)
• OBCNCL: +3 years, SC/ST: +5 years, PwBD: +10 years relaxation

Other Requirements

• Registration in Haryana Employment Exchange is mandatory and should be valid and active as on 05.11.2025.
• Candidates whose names are sponsored by Employment Exchange must also apply online.

Method of Selection

• Provisional shortlisting for Computer‑Based Test to be held at Panchkula or other venue as notified.
• The test will be 150 marks: Part I – General Aptitude (50), Part II – Technical Aptitude (100). Qualifying marks: Gen/OBC/EWS – 35, SC/PwBD – 30 in each part.
• Merit list based on written test and reservation positions.
• Computer‑Based Test likely in November/December 2025.

Pay & Allowances

• Includes Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, HRA, 30% annual perquisites, medical, insurance, PF, pension, gratuity, etc. as per company rules.
