Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) is a Navaratna PSU under Ministry of Defence. It offers over 350 products across Military Communication, Radars, Naval Systems, C4I Systems, Weapon Systems, Homeland Security, Strategic Communication and Unmanned Systems, Electronic Warfare, Tank Electronics and Electro Optics.

1. Pay Scale, Emoluments & Other Financial Benefits

• Probationary Engineer (Electronics) – E-II Grade – 175 posts – Basic Pay 40,000 ₹ – CTC ~ 13 lacs (Approx.).
• Probationary Engineer (Mechanical) – E-II Grade – 109 posts.
• Probationary Engineer (Computer Science) – E-II Grade – 42 posts.
• Probationary Engineer (Electrical) – E-II Grade – 14 posts.

2. Posts and Minimum Eligibility (Total Posts: 340)

• Electronics – 175 posts – Eligibility: B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc in Electronics or Communication or Telecommunication.
• Mechanical – 109 posts – Eligibility: B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc in Mechanical.
• Computer Science – 42 posts – Eligibility: B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc in Computer Science.
• Electrical – 14 posts – Eligibility: B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.

3. Eligible Qualification and Age Criteria

• First class B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc graduate (AICTE approved). AMIE/AMIETE/GIETE holders also eligible.
• SC/ST/PwBD with Pass class eligible.
• Maximum age 25 years for GEN/EWS/OBC (NCL). Age relaxations: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (NCL), 10 years for PwBD.

• Application fee Rs 1,000 + GST for GEN/EWS/OBC (NCL); fee exemption for SC/ST/PwBD/ESM.
• Last date for online application: 14.11.2025.

5. Method of Selection and Posting

• Selection will be based on Computer Based Test (CBT) and Interview.
• Online applications accepted will be provisionally shortlisted for CBT.
• Provisional shortlist for Interview in ratio 1:5 based on CBT performance.
• Minimum qualifying marks: 35 % (GEN/OBC/EWS) and 30 % (SC/ST/PwBD) in CBT and Interview separately.
• Weightage: CBT 85 marks; Interview 15 marks.
• Posting All India – Units/Offices at Bangalore, Ghaziabad, Pune, Hyderabad/Ibrahimpatnam, Chennai, Machilipatnam, Panchkula, Kotdwara, Navi Mumbai.
