Job summary

Open to freshers and experienced candidates, the position offers a salary of ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month with full-time engagement in Uttar Pradesh. Own transport and smartphone are preferred assets.

Qualifications

• B.Sc (any Science stream) or B.Pharm from a recognised university.
• 1 to 5 years of experience; pharma MR or healthcare field sales experience preferred.
• Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence and a smartphone for reporting apps.
• Knowledge of the Varanasi–Prayagraj pharma trade is an advantage.
• Confident spoken Hindi and working English for doctor detailing.

Responsibilities

• Map the Gyanpur district hospital and Bhadohi town clinics, then extend coverage along the Aurai–Gopiganj belt on the GT Road.
• Track seasonal demand linked to the carpet-industry workforce and keep chemists stocked ahead of it.
• Convert doctor interest into steady prescriptions and track Rx movement for core doctors.
• Audit chemists near each core doctor so that prescribed brands are always in stock.
• Look after the stockist – primary and secondary orders, stock statements, returns and dues.
• Log doctor calls, chemist calls, orders and expenses in the field-force app the same day.
