Job summary

Galaxy Resource Private Limited (GRPL India) invites applications for a Medical Representative based in Deoria, Uttar Pradesh. Both freshers and experienced candidates may apply, subject to role requirements.

The offered pay is ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month. The MR will cover Salempur, Barhaj, Rudrapur and Bhatpar Rani; build doctor and chemist relationships; ensure stock and Rx movement; and report daily in the field-force app.

Qualifications

• B.Sc (any Science) or B.Pharm from a recognised university.
• 1–5 years of pharma MR or healthcare field sales experience.
• Own a two-wheeler with a valid licence and a smartphone.
• Bhojpuri/local dialect is a plus for rural coverage.
• Confident spoken Hindi and working English for doctor detailing.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships at the Deoria medical college hospital and leading city nursing homes.
• Cover the Salempur–Bhatpar Rani belt and the Barhaj–Rudrapur markets on a fixed weekly cycle.
• Convert doctor interest into steady prescriptions and track Rx movement for core doctors.
• Audit chemists near each core doctor so that prescribed brands are always in stock.
• Look after the stockist – primary and secondary orders, stock statements, returns and dues.
• Log doctor calls, chemist calls, orders and expenses in the field-force app the same day.
