Job summary

Aditya Birla Capital Ltd. seeks a dynamic professional to drive end-to-end partner onboarding and coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and product teams. The role will also focus on sourcing incremental business through partnerships and client acquisition efforts to grow the digital lending and VAS portfolio.

You will monitor channel performance, identify opportunities, and ensure strong partner relationships while working to optimize costs and book quality.

Qualifications

• End to end partner onboarding as per internal guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal control groups like Legal, Compliance and product for onboarding the partner.
• Execute client acquisition activities including prospecting, lead generation and relationship maintenance.
• Monitor performance of sourcing channels and ensure healthy book quality.

• Ensuring incremental lending book at optimized cost
• Scan the market, competitive offerings and potential clients on a periodic basis; report on emerging trends and business opportunities
• Monitor performance of different sourcing channels to ensure quality customer intake
• Put adequate controls and monitoring mechanism in place to ensure healthy book quality
