Job description

Role & Responsibilities Beauty Trainer

• Deliver classroom and practical training on Beauty & Wellness courses as per the curriculum.
• Conduct theory sessions and hands-on demonstrations on beauty techniques, skincare, haircare, makeup, and salon services.
• Assess trainees through practical and theoretical evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and maintain trainee attendance and performance records.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of beauty tools, equipment, and training resources.
• Mentor and guide trainees to enhance their technical skills, professional grooming, and employability.
• Support trainees in interview preparation, placement activities, and career development.
• Maintain training quality and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
• Coordinate with the training and placement teams for successful course delivery and trainee outcomes.
• Participate in workshops, refresher training, and curriculum improvement initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors or higher degree in any discipline/Diploma in retail management.
• 2 years of experience in Beauty Sales store operations
• Required 2 years training experience in relevant field
• Strong knowledge of skincare, haircare, makeup, grooming, and salon procedures.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to deliver engaging classroom and practical training sessions.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Candidate should be self-motivated, disciplined, and willing to travel if required.
