Key Responsibilities

Advanced Formulation Development

• Develop complex injectable drug delivery systems like Liposomes, Microspheres, Nanoparticles, Lyophilized Injections, and Emulsions.
• Apply principles of Quality by Design (QbD) and execute Design of Experiments (DOE).
• Perform formulation and process optimization, scale-up, and technology transfer.

Regulatory and Documentation Excellence

• Prepare protocols, development reports, and BMRs as per GMP and regulatory expectations.
• Interact with US-FDA, EMA, and MHRA for technical responses and regulatory audits.
• Design and execute stability studies and handle queries related to CQA, QTPP, FMEA.

Analytical and Technical Tools

• Use tools like Cryo-TEM, SAXS, DLS, PXRD for thorough physicochemical characterization.
• Coordinate with analytical teams for method development and validation.

Leadership and Strategic Impact

• Lead product development from pre-clinical to clinical stages.
• Mentor junior scientists and lead formulation projects.
• Ensure end-to-end accountability in injectable R&D lifecycle.
