Job summary

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Officer – Formulation & Development, you will:

• Conduct literature reviews and research for various markets including domestic, ROW (Rest of World), and regulated regions.
• Design and execute trial batches and contribute to innovative formulation strategies.
• Document work thoroughly in lab notebooks and create detailed study plans.
• Prepare, review, and manage essential documents including MFRs (Master Formula Records), BMRs (Batch Manufacturing Records), BPRs (Batch Packing Records), sampling protocols, and more.
• Handle scale-up and exhibit batches with precision, contributing directly to regulatory submissions.

Educational Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum Qualification: M.Pharm (Master of Pharmacy)
• Experience Required: At least 4 years in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) formulation development
• Preferred Skills: Strong documentation, regulatory understanding, and knowledge of global pharma standards
