Qualifications

• CA/Graduation required with strong knowledge of credit processes.
• Experience in branch-level credit operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of policies, governance and MIS practices is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate credit teams across the region.
• Ensure adherence to policies and governance at branch level.
• Proactively achieve credit targets with accuracy.
• Maintain timely loan processing and turn-around times.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.
• Maximize branch performance and manage cash/fees timely.
• Prepare precise MIS and publish within defined timelines.
• Ensure fee deposits are completed within defined timelines.
• Demonstrate discipline and integrity in the branch.

Primary Responsibilities

• To ensure effective teamwork and maintaining CO’s teams across his/her region
• To ensure team's adherence to policies and corporate governance standards at Branch level.
• To pro-actively achieve credit targets with accuracy
• To ensure TAT for processing each loan application is maintained by the team
• To ensure effective resolution of customer issues & complaint
• To maximize PA FTR for branches and the movement is manageable
• To ensure service request resolution is done within the stipulated time.
• To prepare precise MIS and publish within defined timelines.
• To ensure all fee collected are deposited by the respective branches within defined timeline.
• Demonstrate discipline and integrity in the branch
